When the application is created, the dossier is defaulted with sections defined by VP of Admin for Community Colleges

• Visibility is defined at Access to Screens 

Upload a document (arrow up icon)

• Store files at the root of the google team drive
• drag and drop feature (nice to have)

Create a google doc (google like icon)

• store at the root of the google team drive

Link to a file in the team drive (link icon)

• display a list of files in the team drive

Edit section title (edit icon)

Delete section (trash can icon)

Delete file (trash can icon)

Drag section to a new location

Drag file to a new location within a section or to another section
