Dossier Library Automation

Requirements

Who: Administrator role

What:

• Add / Remove a dossier to the library

When:

• When application is in a final state, State 115 and State 133

Where:

• Main menu for each application, two icons will display at the far right near the other controls

How:

• If the application is not in the library, display the "add" icon
  • clicking on the "add" icon will fire off the job to do the add
• If the application is in the library, display the "remove" icon
  • clicking on the "remove" icon will fire off the job to do the removal
