FT-318 Add Submit button at State 101

Requirements

Provide the applicant with a submit button at State 101 (In Progress)

When does button display?

  • All conditions must be met
    • Logged in user must be the applicant
    • at State 101 (In Progress)
    • Application is for the current year, i.e. if the calendar year is 2019, submit button must not display for 2018 or 2020 applications
    • Current date is prior to first Friday in October at 4:30pm

Post click of Submit button

  • display a confirmation box confirming deletion with this text
  • Once you submit your application, you will not be able to make any changes to your dossier and you will lose access to your Shared Drive. Are you sure you are ready to submit your application?
  • Transition the State to 102 (see State Progression classes)
    • For reference, there's a batch job that automatically submits the In Progress applications 
  • Google actions
  • Send email to applicant and coordinator
  • Log the action
