Notify ODS

Big jobs which case mass updates/deletes/changes to the data in the table.

When adding/deleting/modifying RORNYVD admin page.

Running SAP for the first time for the semester.

I don't recall if I gave a heads up to ODS, but these are the things I can think of when a "big" process in run within the Financial Aid realm:

Satisfactory Academic Progress: End of Spring semester (mid/late May) and October/November when they load ISIR's for the new year
- RORSAPR, ROBUSDF, ROBNYUD, RORPRST tables updated
ISIR Dataload: October - December
- RCRAPPx tables updated
Enrollment Freeze: 4 weeks after the start of the semester (February, June/July, September)
- RORENRL table updated
First disbursement: 10 days prior to the start of classes (August, December/January, May, July)
- RPRAWRD and RPRATRM tables updated
Start Budgeting and Packaging: February - August (would need to check when the "heavy" periods are)
- RORSTAT, RBRAPBG, RBRPBCP, RBRAPBT, RBRAPBC, RRRAREQ, RPRAWRD, RPRATRM, RPAAPMT tables updated.
