The Web Snapshot system is a Self-Service web tool for Financial Aid Advisors and other customer facing staff to use to easily and quickly retrieve current data (a “Snapshot”) from the Banner system for a particular student.  Note: This applies only to Banner Financial Aid Self-Service 8x.

Security Access (GUAUSRL):

  • Financial Aid Staff: All users who want to access FA Web Snapshot

  • Financial Aid Snapshot Admin: Financial Aid Functional Lead. This level of access allows the users to enter SQL query,
