• Start for the next aid year. The new aid year will be secondary (runs second)

• Stop for the current aid year. The new aid year becomes primary. No secondary aid year.

Developer:

• Updates Title IV pre-requisites and authorization scripts. Have developer turn on cron in BANDEV. Have SA turn on the cron in BANPPRD.

Functional:

• BANDEV

  • Update all population selections and batch postings:

    • GLRSLCT: _E are for aid years which end in an even number (i.e. 2324)

    • GLRSLCT: _O are for aid years which end in an odd number (i.e. 2223)

  • Setup test cases so students meet each of the population selections (12 total)

  • Review output from cron job

  • Ask Bursar to review Title IV authorization part (TVPREQA and TVAAUTH)

• BANPPRD

  • Notify participating institutions to test.
