Download the Google Sheet to Microsoft Excel. Split the report into 12 different reports for review:

Update the Google Sheet based on the review from the 12 organizations. Email Banner ID Management once complete.

If there are any additions, advise the person to complete the UH Banner Request for Access Privileges (https://hawaii.kualibuild.com/app/builder/home )

If there are any changes, ask if the change should take affect immediately or it it can wait until the final report is submitted. If the change should take affect immediately, have the person complete the UH Banner Request for Access Privileges (https://hawaii.kualibuild.com/app/builder/home ).
