The Banner Communication Management (BCM) application allows your administrative users to create and manage communications and send them to constituents across your institution.

Security Access:

• Banner Objects (Banner Access Management):

  • Object: CMQUERY, Role: BAN_DEFAULT_CMQUERY_M

  • Object: CMQUERYEXECUTE, Role: BAN_DEFAULT_M

  • Note: Both of the above are in the following classes:

    • BAN_COMMUNICATION_MANAGEMENT_C

      • This class only contains the two object/role combination

    • BAN_FINAID_LEVEL_1, BAN_FINAID_LEVEL_2, BAN_FINAID_LEVEL_3, BAN_FINAID_LEVEL_4

      • These classes contain other Financial Aid objects/roles

    • BAN_CENTRAL_DEVELOPERS_C, BAN_CENTRAL_FUNCTIONALS_C

      • These classes contain other Accounts Receivable, Financial Aid, General, and Student objects/roles

• Banner Roles (GUAUSRL)
