Manoa allows faculty to review the dossier after the DPC, DC and Dean review it along with the recommendation report for all those committees

  • Manoa will need to handle this outside the system, meaning email the faculty a copy of the dossier and the report

TEST site (minus)

  • Deena is the administrator
    • can she add other coordinators?  She will need that role to add campus units as coordinators
    • (plus) yes administrators are allowed to add coordinators
  • Bev is the coordinator
    • (plus) issue with Bev's account is that she wasn't listed as a coordinator

Manoa pulls data from PS into their home grown T&P site after August 1st because that's when the tenure and promotions from the previous year become registered

  • this shouldn't matter for the system when we create the applications for the upcoming year (system pulls tenure/promotion info from PS into Eligibility record) because applicants generally wouldn't be applying consecutive years

  • giving their 6 applicants a heads-up on what to expect
  • applicants have the option to pull out of pilot
  • being held at WIST 103 (College of Education) on June 27 at 2pm
