Capture committee voting results

High Level Requirements

Who: DPC and TPRC chairs

What:

• Chancellor's office has to go through each assessment one at a time
  • helps Bev know how to review it
  • there's a review that happens before the Provost reviews

When:

• at the time the DPC/TPRC chairs fill out the recommendation page
• Only show the "voting" section if the application is at the DPC / DPC redux or TPRC / TPRC redux

Where:

• On the recommendations page
  • add another row on the Recommendations tab for the DPC / TPRC to add in the positive and negative votes
• On the reviews page
  • add a column on the Reviews tab showing the votes

Validations:

• if DPC hits strengths and weaknesses, they don't have to vote
• if they hit yes or no, the positive and negative votes are still optional; it's affecting the file upload input field

Questions/Comments

• don't capture abstentions
  • Manoa doesn't allow it
  • WO does but don't capture abstentions
• should the system throw an error if the votes don't match with the recommendation, eg DPC is positive but the positives votes= 2 and the negative votes = 5
