• she was applying for associate professor
• found it be easy to use and she had support from Ari and Frank
• she had some anxiety about google docs because the stakes were so high
• having exemplars would be good, i.e. Frank helped with the table of contents
  • worried about the linking but Frank helped her with that
• maybe having a video and post it on the website
  • ask Frank if he made one because Brooke said he did make one
