DPC 2nd review

• 1st review is feedback
• what would we name the 2nd DPC assessment

 After the DPC and DC assessments, the applicant is allowed to view both assessments and provide a rebuttal but not change anything.

Bev is concerned that the applicant will file an appeal

• they weren't able to submit this important document because of a procedural error
• anxiety is driving the process
• Manoa had binders in an appeal for Tenure

Applicant wouldn't be linking to the existing dossier because the rebuttal only take additional info

Manoa applicants want to see a SUBMIT button for those that want to submit their applications early.
