Contract Renewal Questions
- Requirements
- After Department Chair makes their recommendation, the faculty can see the recommendation
- No TPRC level

- When do the applicants need to start building their dossier?
- during the summer
- What is the deadline for them to submit?
- Are there other hard deadlines?
- one is that the Chair makes the rec, meets with the faculty, and then forwards to Dean by Dec. 20th
- deadlines are about the same but CR is not a hard deadlines
- Are there other hard deadlines?

- Do we need contract renewal types, i.e CR Year 1, 2, 3, 4, or will 1 CR type be sufficient?
- probationary applicants do CR in years 2 and 4 and then the 5th year go for tenure
- non-probies have to do it annually

- Any additional roles that we need to create other than the ones that we have for TnP?

- need to add a step between DC and Dean to go to the applicant to get access to their recommendations
- Applicant and coordinator will have the ability to push this forward to the Dean
- applicant loses access to shared drive after the flow goes to the Dean
- applicant regains access after app goes FINAL
