Special DN Request Form

Special DNs are required by online applications developers for whom the UH Web Login Service won't suffice. Special DNs are also required by those using pGina to control access to lab computers.

Special DN requests are subject to UH Data Governance policies that prohibit utilization of governed resources such as this one for purposes not stated. For implementations not hosted in the UH Data Center, an approved Data Sharing Request will be required. Check <here> for details on how to obtain a Data Sharing Request (DSR) approval.
