Emerging Trends
Over the past few years there has been a strong trend toward hyper-converged architectures that merge compute, store and virtualization in one integrated solution.
We expect the need for the seamless movement of servers from on-prem to vendor Clouds, which requires the increased use of Hybrid Cloud enabling technologies.
Desktop virtualization comes up year-after-year as a potential need for the University. In the future we may need to incorporate VDI in this brick or in a new brick.
