1.1 Business Need
  • Provide an electronic means for faculty to gather and submit their dossier for tenure or promotion review
1.2 Project Objectives
  • Expand on the Tenure and Promotion software that was built last year
  • Provide a electronic workflow for the tenure process
  • Lessen the burden on the faculty when assembling their dossier
  • Work with Manoa on their requirements and bringing them onboard
1.3 Project Scope

  • Pull in dossier information from external sources (PeopleSoft, eCafe)
  • Implement appeals workflow process
  • Continue to improve on interface between T&P webapp and Google Drive
  • Account for changes in the process for Manoa
