1.1 Business Need
- Provide an electronic means for faculty to gather and submit their dossier for tenure or promotion review
1.2 Project Objectives
- Expand on the Tenure and Promotion software that was built last year
- Provide a electronic workflow for the tenure process
- Lessen the burden on the faculty when assembling their dossier
- Work with Manoa on their requirements and bringing them onboard
1.3 Project Scope

- Pull in dossier information from external sources (PeopleSoft, eCafe)
- Implement appeals workflow process
- Continue to improve on interface between T&P webapp and Google Drive
- Account for changes in the process for Manoa
