  • FT-478 Major concern of not allowing applicants to link to MyDrive
    • Can we scan the hyperlinks of the doc
    • disguise the TPRC username
  • FT-501 face sheet (Manoa)
    •  log the number of votes of the DPC and TPRC
      • helps Bev know how to review it
      • there's a review that happens before the Provost reviews
      • if DPC hits strengths and weaknesses, they don't have to vote
        • if they hit yes or no, they'd have to fill in the votes
    • add another row on the Recommendations tab for the DPC / TPRC to add in the positive and negative votes
    • add a column on the Reviews tab showing the votes
    • don't capture abstentions
      • Manoa doesn't allow it
      • WO does but we're not going to capture that
  • FT-481 Reviewers being able to print or download the recommendations
    • UHWO's OVCAA office keeps an archive so they want the recommendations
      • one committee chair refused to submit a copy
      • (minus) Alan to check if it's essential
    • maybe we need a new role (or a higher role like chancellor) to be able to download the recommendations
    • some applicants include the prior recommendations but it's not required so allowing them to download too
  • Reviewers being able to comment on the documents (Manoa request)
    • how do we erase the comments for a given committee
    • the next committee should not see other committee's comments
    • being able to jump to different sections
    • UHWO and CC do not have any reviewers asking about this

  • Contract renewal system vs tenure system 
    • UHWO and CC want to use contract renewal
