Database links use a database account from the target database to login and access tables. 




In the case of ITS Admin it uses SECE's ITSADMIN_SECE_USR database account.  This account has only been granted access to the following SECE tables:

NOTE:  in order to have the database link see more tables you would need to grant the ITSADMIN_SECE_USR database account in the target SECE database the privileges.
