Remove the following sections/modules (from the blue and gold sides):

• Leave
• Evaluation
• Stuff section

We'll keep the code there but remove the links from JSP pages

Database

Staff

• data is overwritten from HRDW if the status is not inactive
  • see EmpModel.populateBeanForPage1() for data pulled from HRDW

Student

• data is overwritten from SECE if the status is not inactive
  
  • see PositionModel.selectStdPage1DataByPlcID()
