Why do Phone numbers need to be listed as Cell, Home or Pager (esp when pagers are obsolete now).  Do we need the drop down boxes?? It’s on the Contact Info page and the Emergency Info page too.  

Where is address info being pulled from? Does it have to be a mandatory thing for me?  I mean, it’s there when I’m updating the student info. I’ve never inputted “home” address, whether current or permanent.

Why is their Unlisted and Receive Text Messages check boxes?  Is this really necessary?

Also, on the main student page, there’s a drop down box, Employee Status.  Can Draft being taken off?  We’ve never used it.

Under Position Info tab, Status – draft should be removed.

If no one has a pager, then under Contact Info, Other Phone No. and Phone 1,2, 3 to remove pager.

Since Evaluation and Leave tabs have been removed, should it also be removed under ACCESS TO STAFF RECORDS (For Managerial/Supervisory Only) PERSONNEL.
