Review talk of changes (from even 15 years ago).

Which functions do we use?

• Ex. Download PNF not needed anymore (since HIP employee self service will provide it)
• Current rosters
• Pulling Staff/Student Lists
• Looking at staff Band/Step (probably accessible via PS via staff heirarchy?  Clinton not sure)

For Training:

• Garret will ask around if should keep or deprecate
• Will keep, but make self-serve by ITS employee
  • Keep Required:
    • category (manually kept by Dana)
    • Dates
    • Title
    • Justification

Get Dana out of ITS Admin, except for specific HR related tasks, including:

• keep the Working Title
• Position Numbers

The PSEmpl and PSAcct views limit to only ACTIVE employees of ITS

• internal DB record must get updated before inactivating.
• Dana Hane and Heidy Uno's records are incomplete

Need to provision a way for Admin staff to mass assign trainings to a group of staff
