Then inactivate if a staff person leaves


Reorg positions get inactivated if transitions to a new position


Records PNF actions and PD dates


New Hire

  • received from Teresa Sakata a picture


Parking Report from ITS Admin site to generate info for


PD/PNF access on OHR site requires VPN access, so Dana upkeeps it on ITS Admin site


Data from PS imports, but not the following:

  • salary band
  • career group.
  • note:  there's a 1 day lag from entering into PS before ITS Admin can be updated


Joyce will send report info for Parking Permit Report


Not sure if the training module is necessary


Can the Working Tilte get removed from the profile altogether?
