Kuali Build Tasks

  1. Create and test form in the proper environment
  2. Edit unique JSON keys on the form fields to be used in the index file
  3. Create configuration document
    • Order of the JSON keys will dictate the order of the data elements in the index file
  4. At the end of the workflow, add an Integration step using the correct environment integration (see table above)

OnBase Tasks

  1. Construct the document types and keywords (ECM team and customer)
  2. Map the form manager to the document type in this google sheet (ECM team)
  3. Configure the DIP server for index file ingestion (ECM team and customer)
