Developer: Run ttbtaxn_1098-T_counts.sql to determine the total number of Non Zero Paper 1098-T’s are needed.

Functional: TSP1098T is run

Functional: Run TSR1098 in Official Mode for Student Notification – Complete before January 31, YYYY

• Parameter 02 – O

• Parameter 03 – S

• Parameter 08 – N

Functional: Run TSR1098 in Reprint Mode to print paper 1098-Ts with a popsel. – Complete before January 31, YYYY

• Ask Developer for population of Non Zero Paper 1098-T’s population (ttbtaxn_1098-T_extract.sql)

• GZPOPLD: Load students into population selection

• TSR1098T Parameters (to generate .dat file for printers):

  • Parameter 02 – R

  • Parameter 03 – S

  • Parameter 08 – Y (This is to create the .dat file)

  • Parameter 14-17 – Popsel Information

Functional: Run TSR1098 in Official Mode to generate the IRS file. – Complete by IRS deadline ( I believe this is sometime in February).

Functional: In addition to the above steps, a review of TSATAXR is needed. When rules are copied from year to year, the rules for the previous year, including terms are also copied. These terms must be deleted. TSATAXR should ONLY include terms within the reporting calendar year(2022) and the spring term of the current year (2023).

If needed, Functional will ask to reset TSP1098:
