UH Login Workaround

Overview

There may be rare occasions where logging into an application with UH Login does not work as expected.  The information below is meant to provide a possible, temporary workaround should it be necessary. 

Workaround Procedure

  1. If access to a web application results in a "login loop" or other recognized manifestation of a login bug, continue with this workaround procedure.

  2. Using the instructions below, create a new private instance of the browser.

  3. Enter the URL of the web application and proceed with doing your work.

  4. When done, exit the private instance of your browser to conclude your work.

This workaround procedure should only be required in unusual circumstances of limited duration.  It is meant only to be a temporary workaround.
