Each institution may have up to three (3) designated support contacts who can submit tickets to our support team, but any user can be carbon-copied (CC'd) on a submitted ticket to allow them to track progress of issues or add comments. Currently, the three designated support contacts who can submit tickets on behalf of Hawaii are listed below. Let us know if you would like to switch out one of the existing designated support contacts.
