July 2018

7/6/2018 - All code changes pertaining to the components Main Menu, Google Team Drive, Dossier, Eligibility, Audit, Application - General, Design, Coordinators and Exclusion Form must be completed and deployed to the TEST environment

  • (plus) Cameron to get the names of all 2018 applicants and their campus designations (see FT-206)

Week of 7/9/2018 - testing by ITS and bug fixes applied to the test environment

  • (tick) Create application in TEST to make sure of the following
    • (tick)Application successfully linked to Team Drive
    • (tick)Eligibility data pre-filled with the data from PS
    • (tick)Campus specific sections successfully created on the Dossier
    • (tick)Test to make sure the initial permissions are set correctly and that they're saved in our local table
    • (tick)increment sequence number for appid on TEST mysql db
  • (tick) Dossier testing
    • (tick)upload file
    • (tick)create google file
    • (tick)link to google file
      • (tick)link to a file that's already in the dossier (system prevents that from occurring)
      • (tick)what happens if I change the name of the file in the team drive after linking it? the name doesn't change on the tenure side
      • (tick)What happens if you delete a linked file on TNP?  The file is deleted from the team drive

7/10/2018

  • (tick) create simp ticket for production deployment of the new code base
  • (tick) create accounts in TEST for Frank, Ariana and Adam
  • (tick) create 50 more test/prod team drives
  • (tick) verify that the setting to prevent downloading, copying and printing is set on the root of the team drive of the TEST site

7/13/2018 - (tick) meet with Sandra to review exclusion changes and to prep for training on 7/18 and 7/19

7/15/2018 - (tick) deploy new code base to production and apply schema changes

7/17/2018 - (tick) create the 2018 CC applications

  • (tick) verify that the setting to prevent downloading, copying and printing is set on the root of the team drive of the PROD site
  •  (tick) create apps for Frank, Ariana, and Adam from the Dept of Learning Design and Technology at Manoa

7/18/2018 - (tick) CC training

  • (tick) Marti Wekulic's app type might need to change to Tenure and Promotion

7/19/2018 - (tick) CC training

7/26/2018 - (minus) verify that the exclusion form is not visible to reviewers

7/27/2018 - (tick) delete app for Greg Walker app ID 1032 (FT-236)

8/15/2018 - (minus) create Manoa applications

  • (minus) if Manoa applicants are filing for extensions, should we create their application now and set them for 2019?
