There are typically two values, one for the department (e.g. Information and Computer Sciences) and another one for the campus (e.g. University of Hawaii at Manoa).

Notes

1. There is no significance to the order of appearance. No assumptions can be made about the contents of the first row, for example.
2. WPMS department contacts provide updates and corrections as needed.
3. Department and campus names are manually entered and consistency of spelling cannot be assumed.
4. An alternative strategy for deriving department name is available:
   1. Parse the employing agency code (eac=numericCodeHere) out of the <uhScopedHomeOrg>.
