Add Campus and Office after applicant's name 
- default to creator's campus / office / campus when the application is initially created
- For CCs, the campus and office will be the same, which is the campus name
- For Manoa
- the campus coordinators will be tied to the OVCAA office the office coordinators will be tied to the office selected (not OVCAA office)Follow the Campus Office drop down on the Manage System Roles screen
