To view shares on Koa Cloud, use the following instructions:

 

  1. Click on the "Shares" dropdown in the menu on the left.

  2. You can select:

    1. 'Shared with you'

    2. 'Shared with others'

    3. 'Shared by link'

    4. 'Deleted Shares’

    5. 'Pending Shares'

To delete and deactivate your share links, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the 'Shared Link' icon on your folder.

  2. Select 'Custom Permissions' from the Share Link dropdown.

  3. Click the 'Delete Share' button at the bottom.
