1.1 Business Need
- Provide an electronic means for faculty to gather and submit their dossier for tenure review

- Provide faculty with a means to submit their application for tenure through the web
- Provide faculty a means to attach supporting documents to their dossier
- Provide a customized workflow for tenure review
- Provide committees with the ability to annotate attachments submitted by the faculty

1.3.1 In Scope
- capture the data required for a tenure application
- allow faculty to submit attachments (documentation) for their dossier
- allow faculty to submit the tenure application for review
- allow the secretary of the VP for CC to assign committee members to the DPC, DC, Dean, TPRC
- electronically route dossier to the various reviewing committees for review
- allow committee to vote in favor of or against tenure promotion

- allow committees to annotate attachments submitted by the faculty

- renewal date is coming up in July 2017 but they'll need to consider renewal in April 2017
