Who: App Administrator or user with Read documents permission

When: If an approval step is stuck because the approver is out on vacation, utilize this method to skip the step and provide a comment

How

  • Go to the documents list
  • Select the document
  • Toggle the form to Status to view the workflow
  • Click Skip and provide a comment
