HR Datamart UH Officer Lookup API

This REST API will pull the first UH Officer in an employee’s supervisor hierarchy. An officer is identified by their job code.

Retrieve UH Officer record for an employee

Parameter:

  • UH Number

Given the employee’s UH Number, walk up their supervisor hierarchy in the HR Datamart until it hits the first job code in the list below. For the President (Job Code S100 or UH Number 10101943) and the Director of Internal Audit (Job Code S135 or UH Number 20037229), the UH Officer will be the BOR secretary Yvonne Lau (Job Code S195 or UH Number 11059964). I’d recommend keying against the job code because if people rotate in/out of those job codes, the code doesn’t need to change.

Return: the single record for the given UH Number; pull the Kuali User ID for the UH Number of the UH Officer
