My campus needs to add or remove someone's access to UHIMC, who do I contact?

Requests should be emailed to <uhimc@hawaii.edu>. 

Some of the campus lecturers don't have offices or phone numbers. For phone number if they just put N/A will that be ok?

Yes, specify N/A if there is no applicable information.

Why do I see a faculty or staff member in my listing of personnel, but when I search for her in the online directory, she doesn't appear?

You can determine why someone does not appear in the UH Online Directory by using UHIMC (https://www.hawaii.edu/uhimc/) to view the person's active affiliations. Only if a person has one of the following roles will she appear in the Online Directory:

  • Staff roles
    • Civil Service Staff
    • Executive Staff
    • Managerial Staff
    • Executive/Managerial Staff
    • APT Staff
    • Casual Hire Staff
    • Overload Staff
    • Staff
  • Faculty roles
    • Community College Faculty
    • University Faculty
    • Medical School Faculty
    • Researcher
    • Specialist
    • County Agent
    • Librarian
    • Law Faculty
    • Emeritus Faculty
    • Overload Faculty
    • Faculty
  • additional roles
    • Lecturer
    • Non-Compensated Employee
    • Teaching Assistant
    • Research Assistant
