Requirements

    Remove the modal and just push to state 112 if they hit the button?  It'll auto-submit based on the batch job and push to state 114 so that they don't have to do anything if they don't want to review.

  • Delete batch job created in FT-300 (State 111)
  • Create batch job

  • Shared Drive changes
    • Create a "tnp-rebuttal" folder
    • Create a single google doc named "Rebuttal" under the "tnp-rebuttal" folder and make that file writeable

      Applicant is not NOT allowed to edit any other documents in the drive but this one file.

      
      

  • TnP Changes
    • Rebuttal TabAdd "Rebuttal" tab next to the Dossier tabDisplay "Review Complete" button in subheader for the applicant
    • Rebuttal Section of Dossier
      
      • Create a section called "Rebuttal to Negative Reviews"
        • Applicant cannot delete this section or edit the section name
      • Create a link to the google file "Rebuttal" under the above section with the Description=Rebuttal
        • This file cannot be deleted and the description of the file cannot be edited

      • Only the "Upload File" option is available for this section so replace with an upload icon instead of the plus icon
      • 
        • Files uploaded to the dossier tab must be stored in the rebuttal folder of the shared drive

      •  Include information about the Rebuttal section on the dossier tab and the Rebuttal file in the shared drive
