TAC shall be made up of the ITS staff that are serving in domain architectural roles.  In the past, these roles have been very informal, but through the TAC these roles may will grow more formal over time.  The TAC will periodically update the TAC Membership document as needed to keep the list of ITS domains and members current.

The TAC will be overseen by the ITS directors.  The directors may designate a director to provide TAC oversight and to serve as or designate the TAC chairDirector of Technology Infrastructure.  The TI Director may either serve as the chair the TAC or the director may designate the TAC chair.

Any cross-organizational issues of significance will be escalated to the ITS Directors.
