Need a migration path from google drive to an alternative (faculty get annoyed if they have to move)
Mitigation Strategies
- store documents in ECM and supplement that with a viewer like flowpaper
- serve up the document from google drive through flowpaper
- send the reviewers to the shared drive through the web interface
- pause the review process for the entire system
- we need a backup plan
Reason to stay on google drive
- switching to an alternative above would result in a loss of functionality; google drive is the best option thus far
- drive is the best option with the most flexibility and functionality
- alternatives would limit what file types applicants to use in their dossiers
- google is our toolset

UH is committed to Google
- shore up google drive checks
- open up a PDF file and ensure that all the pages show up in the viewer
