Remove the following sections/modules (from the blue and gold sides):
- Leave
- EvaluationTraining
- Stuff section
We'll keep the code there but remove the links from JSP pages
Database
Staff
- data is overwritten from HRDW if the status is not inactive
- see EmpModel.populateBeanForPage1() for data pulled from HRDW
Student
- data is overwritten from SECE if the status is not inactive
- see PositionModel.selectStdPage1DataByPlcID()
