  • allow the secretary of the VP for CC to assign committee members to the DPC, DC, Dean, TPRC
  • electronically route dossier to the various reviewing committees for review 
  • allow committee to vote in favor of or against tenure promotion

  • allow committees to annotate attachments submitted by the faculty

  • VP for CC is paying Interfolio $60K per year for a product that doesn't meet their needs
    • renewal date is coming up in July 2017 but they'll need to consider renewal in April 2017
