  • electronically route dossier to the various reviewing committees for review 
  • allow committee to vote in favor of or against tenure promotionPull in dossier information from external sources (PeopleSoft, eCafe)
  • Implement appeals workflow process
  • Continue to improve on interface between T&P webapp and Google Drive
  • Account for changes in the process for Manoa

  • Aggressive timeline
  • VP for CC is paying Interfolio $60K per year for a product that doesn't meet their needsrenewal date is coming up in July 2017 but they'll need to consider renewal in April 2017Transferring google drive documents to the T&P account and automatically setting permissions on those files
  • Manoa T&P may be different from the CC process by a large margin
  • Changing the flow of T&P to a wizard interface
