coordinator will assign members to the various committees. Allow coordinators to edit throughout the application process, i.e. at any status except FINAL.

Reviewers need access to this page.

Clicking "Add" will popup a dialog with a type-ahead for the committee member that validates
against LDAP

  • Need a drop down for the committee and reviewer/chair (use the values in the ROLE table)

  • For the TPRC committee only, members must come from the FPP database table

Yes, they want to see the recommendation file and "Recommended" or "Not Recommended".

Only at DPC level they're not required to do a recommend/not recommend; they will upload a
file that could be strengths and weaknesses
