Questions

Below is a list of questions to be addressed as a result of this requirements document:

QuestionOutcome
Can the TPRC members be from any campus or only the campus for which this applicant is applying for?Any campus
When are the lists generated?

Generated in August or September. T&P process ends early Spring because by June, the board has to
approved them; tenure is effective july 1 and promotions are effective august 1

Who generates the lists?Leilani creates the list using Brio; OHR generates the system list which includes the CCs
What is on the list?

See FT-56 for the CC and System lists. Leilani generates 2 lists, one for the faculty and one for the chancellor.
The latter includes the gender and the ethnicity so that they can use it to create a diverse TPRC committee.
