- it’s a lot cleaner

consider opening up the google folders to the public (Cameron Ahana - analyze for next year)
- one reviewer asked if we could allow anyone to see, no sign-in required
- options automatically login to google as the system user or some user
- anonymous can be maintained by creating generic TPRC accounts for the reviewers

When "Review Complete" button was chosen, the committee members weren’t removed from the folder 19900015
they were removed, it just took some time

- last year's reviewer (shamilto@hawaii.edu) really likes the system, it's simpler to use than Interfolio
- The viewer in Interfolio restricted them to viewing one file at a time so they couldn't open multiple files at once
