To off board a staff member, login to ITS Admin.
Click on the Yellow Main Menu tab, which will take you to the administrative side of the website.
Input the staff's last or first name or just hit the Search button without any search criteria and select the employee to inactivate.
Go to status field and select Inactive from the drop down list. Hit the "Update" button on the bottom of the screen for the changes to take effect.
Please Note for Students:
When off boarding a student in the SECE system, we currently have to wait 4 weeks before performing the inactive change to their record.
The 4 weeks is to allow time on SECE's side to process the final paycheck prior (accommodating payroll lag) to terminating the student in the source system.
However, in the ITS Admin website, we reference the Termination Form as to when to change the student's status to "inactive".
