UH Login Test Environment Updated 2024-01-23

Updates were applied to the IAM UH Login environment on 2024-01-23:

CAS: cas-test.its.hawaii.edu

• CAS updated from 6.6.12 to 7.0.0

• CAS host VMs migrated from RHEL 7 to RHEL 8

Note: because CAS provides authentication services for our Shibboleth IdP as well, these changes either directly or indirectly affect anyone using our UH Login service test environment.

This update will be promoted to the CAS production environment, authn.hawaii.edu, in the spring of 2024 on a date TBD.
