UH Message Broker to be upgraded soon

The UH Message Broker will be upgraded on July 16, 2023. Several applications have already tested against this new version of the broker and none have encountered any issues. No Java RabbitMQ client upgrade or code changes were necessary. The only tweak you may need to make is if you are connecting using TLS 1.1. You must now use TLS 1.2 or 1.3.

Going forward, our monthly patching will include patches and minor updates to the broker software. For major upgrades, you will be given the chance to test before we deploy.

Please perform the tests described in UH Message Broker 2023 Upgrade as soon as possible. We do not expect complications with this upgrade, but we highly recommend that you test and verify.
