Forms for requesting IAM services are moving to Kuali Build

The IAM team provides a number of forms for requesting IAM services. These forms serve two fundamental purposes: 1) clarify what information is required for the IAM and Data Governance teams, and 2) provide an audit trail for the services provided and attributes released.

Requests for integrating your application with UH Login (CAS or Shibboleth) are now available via a single Kuali Build form.

The new Data Governance Process (DGP) form, when it is released, will point to our new "IAM Request for UH Login" form. Our new form will also be used to identify any attributes that are to be released to a 3rd-party service provider. 

IAM continues to transition IAM requests forms to Kuali Build. More information on Kuali build is available for those interested.
