Requirements
Who: Administrator role
What:
- Add / Remove a dossier to the library
When:
- When application is in a final state, State 115 and State 133
Where:
- Main menu for each application, two icons will display at the far right near the other controls
How:
- If the application is not in the library, display the "add" icon
- clicking on the "add" icon will fire off the job to do the add
- If the application is in the library, display the "remove" icon
- clicking on the "remove" icon will fire off the job to do the removal
