For the table above:

  • Yes - indicates eligibility for the service (ie: Students get Email Services by default)
  • (info) - indicates continued eligibility during the Grace Period (ie: the Student who leaves the institution becomes 'Ohana, but would have 180 day Give Services Grace period after leaving the institution and would continue to receive full Email Services). While the Grace Period does provide continued access to email services, it is only in the 'status quo' sense.  No new mailing lists may be requested, etc.
  • (star) - Prestudents include Financial Aid applicants and Accepted applications.
  • (green star) - Special includes those that have been provided a UH Username by a Campus Identity Representative.
  • (red star) - The Visitor Internet Access (VIA) self-service application provides visitors with temporary access to wireless services at participating campuses, such as UH Manoa.
  • (1) - The UH Number is the unique identifier assigned to each person that has an affiliation with UH.  UH Numbers are sometimes referred to as Student Number or Employee Number.  In fact the intention is that only one UH Number is assigned to each person, regardless of their role or roles at UH.
