Requirements

  • AwaitingApplicant State Progression (when the application transitions to State 111)

      • Display "Review Dossier" button for applicant
        • if applicant takes action by hitting the button, follow specs outlined at https://www.hawaii.edu/bwiki/x/HgCDKQ

          • Remove the modal and just push to state 112 if they hit the button?  It'll auto-submit based on the batch job and push to state 114 so that they don't have to do anything if they don't want to review.

  • Applicant Reviewing State Progression (when the application transitions to State 112)

      • Delete batch job created in FT-300
      • Create batch job
      • Send email
      • Log action
        • ID = 62
      • Shared Drive changes
        • Create a "tnp-rebuttal" folder
        • Create a single google doc named "Rebuttal" under the "tnp-rebuttal" folder and make that file writeable

          Applicant is not allowed to edit any other documents in the drive but this one file.

    • TnP Changes
      • Display "Review Complete" button in subheader for the applicant
      • Rebuttal Section of Dossier
        • Create a section called "Rebuttal to Negative Reviews"
          • Applicant cannot delete this section or edit the section name
        • Create a link to the google file "Rebuttal" under the above section with the Description=Rebuttal
          • This file cannot be deleted and the description of the file cannot be edited
        • Only the "Upload File" option is available for this section so replace with an upload icon instead of the plus icon
          • Files uploaded to the dossier tab must be stored in the rebuttal folder of the shared drive
